This class is for all levels, covering foundational postures and select intermediate postures. Class may occasionally include restorative postures and beginner pranayama (breath work) techniques.

Gentle Morning Yoga @ 10a - Chesapeake Beach

Start your day with mindful movements and thoughtful intentions. This practice uses gentle postures to help awaken the body and mind to prepare you for your day.

Yin Yang Yoga @ 6p - Chesapeake Beach

Yin Yang yoga or VinYin is a combination of yin and flow. Class begins with yin postures to invite a gentle awakening of the muscles and connective tissues. The second half of class includes a gently energizing flow, suitable for all levels.

Yoga by the Beach @ 8:30a - Herrington Harbour North (June - Sept.)

Roll out your mat under the Beach Pavilion and start your day with a yoga practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, peaceful and balanced. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water.
